Awkward name to live up to, but residents seem to like its charm, good schools, mass transit convenience and broad, quiet streets. Of course housing prices have doubled and many more families with different backgrounds are moving in; more Asians and Russians, specifically. Sprawling Cunningham Park is the main outdoor recreational hub for Utopia residents, and St. John’s Queens Campus offers art galleries, concert halls, theaters and lectures for the public to enjoy.Nina
