Top Reviews Rentals from Neighborhoods

Middle Village is a beautiful, quiet, clean neighborhood that’s great for singles or families. The schools are great and are voted some of the best in NYC. Most of the homes have yards but if you are renting or purchase a home with little or no yard space there is a huge park. Juniper Valley Park has many amenities such as basketball, tennis, soccer, track, baseball fields as well as 2 playgrounds for kids that include sprinklers 🙂 The park also holds concerts and events that includes the whole neighborhood walking up to the park with their patio chairs. Everyone is friendly and respectful of one another. There also are wonderful restaurants..my favorite being Barosa on Woodhaven Blvd. They have great Italian food and a great young bar crowd. Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom were there the last time I ate there. It’s 15 minutes to the city, !5 minutes to Williamsburg, 15 minutes to Rockaway Beach..and what do they always say? It’s all about location, location, location!MICHELLE

Like the Constanza Family

If you ever watched Seinfeld, and saw the Costanza family, that is exactly what Mid Vill is like. Full of people that have been here for way too long and just refuse to retire in Florida. Its got a lot of characters, and I don’t think anyone is ever moving out.
